Authorisation for transfer by Compete of personal information to Ravio

Compete has entered into an agreement with Ravio, a leading compensation benchmarking provider, to transfer the operation of Compete’s “Benchmark” services over to Ravio.

As part of the transition to Ravio, to ensure continued provision of the benchmarking services, we request your authorisation to transfer the personal information we process on your behalf to Ravio. In line with your agreements in place with Compete, including the Data Processing Agreement (‘DPA’) we require your written instruction to perform this transfer.

By providing consent, you authorise the transfer of both the commercial terms (as agreed in your Order Form with Compete) and the personal information Compete processes on your behalf to Ravio, and accept and agree that Ravio will assume the role of your service provider in line with the terms of Ravio’s Service Agreement and DPA. By confirming, you represent and warrant that the individual marking this checkbox possesses the authority to do so.

Note: Depending on your current Compete contract dates, you may need to agree a new contract with Ravio before migrating. Ravio will be in touch with you directly if that’s the case.
